This hat was an absolute game changer. The first time i tried it i was in the sauna for 25 min, and as i find it tough to stay in the sauna for 10 to 15 min, this hat allowed me to stay in for a longer time with ease. It is a great hat and very well made. I would recommend this to anyone using a sauna.
