At Bondon, each sauna hat is made with care, not mass produced. Our process is deliberate, our materials considered, and our quantities limited. The following outlines our approach to production, shipping, and returns.


Production and Shipping

All Bondon hats are produced in small batches.

For retail orders within Canada, please allow two to four weeks for production and delivery. Each piece is made to order and prepared with care prior to shipment.

Wholesale timelines vary based on quantity. A production estimate will be provided within forty eight hours of purchase.

For international orders. We ship from Canada. Delivery timelines may vary by destination and carrier. Tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched.


Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Return requests may be initiated within seven days of delivery by contacting

Due to the intimate nature of sauna wear, all returns are subject to review.

To be accepted, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • free from scent, hair, or signs of wear
  • in original condition and shape
  • returned in original packaging where possible
  • with tags attached 

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to assess fit will not be accepted.

Bondon reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the integrity of our work.

If the body of your hat experiences ripping under normal wear within two years, it will be replaced at no cost.

This applies to the felt body only and does not include:

  • decorative buttons
  • florets
  • loops or hanging elements
  • cosmetic wear from regular use
