Craft
Every Bondon sauna hat is handcrafted in Canada using 100 percent natural, renewable animal fibres, including wool, organic merino wool, cashmere, and alpaca. Our materials are entirely microplastic free, chosen for their natural insulation, breathability, and antibacterial performance. These fibres regulate temperature in the sauna without synthetics, helping protect your head from overheating, wick moisture from your skin, and help keep hair from drying out. The feeling is pure by design. Natural materials against the skin, and nothing unnecessary.

Process
Our process is chemical free and water conscious, preserving the integrity of each fibre so it performs as nature intended. We prioritize seamless construction to reduce stitching and unnecessary seams that can trap bacteria over time. The result is a cleaner, longer lasting sauna hat designed for real use. Free from synthetic fibres and plastic based materials, each hat supports a more considered approach to what touches your skin and what returns to the environment.
